Bulk Hair Orders

We do NOT ship bulk orders the same day, because they are custom orders. It may take approx. 4 days to process your order. Bulk orders cannot be canceled, and are non-refundable. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

U.S. Delivery Options

Free U.S. Delivery 1-3 Days: On all orders over $250, unless another special coupon is applied to the order. This option includes insurance and it is recommended, that you add a signature for a secured delivery.

USPS Priority Delivery: Up to three (3) business days. Priority Shipping is insured up to $50, but is un-secured. You have the option at checkout, to add a signature for a secured delivery. There is an additional fee for the signature option.

*Shipping may take 3 to 6 days longer than normal to deliver during the holiday season.

 Note: TRL Hair Boutique is not responsible/liable for any shipping courier’s error during transit, including damage and loss of package  (Signature req. and Insurance will secure and insure your delivery with the courier), and for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address during checkout, track their package during transit, reschedule missed deliveries, add insurance (in case the package is lost), add a signature to secure the delivery (Packages are never left un-attended, they are delivered directly to the recepient), and to be available at the time of delivery, for a successful delivery. 

Package Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number, once your order ships. Once your shipping label is purchased, the shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that are shipped out, can not be cancelled.  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show updates. In some rare cases the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time, if you’ve tracked the order, spoke with your local post courier, and the package has not arrived.

International Delivery Option:

International* USPS Priority: approx. 10 days for most locations, but can be up to 20 Business Days

* All Taxes and Duties: Charged by Country.


All product pricing and shipping cost indicated on this website do not reflect any additional fees, including any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their items. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. Please contact your customs agency officials to find out if your items will require import taxes and duties to be paid(if any). Items that are returned directly through the courier after they have been abandoned are non-refundable, as the courier does add a $25  fee for the return. We will not  be liable and will not issue a refund to you.

*Slow-to-Ship International Countries (4-8 weeks) – Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Romania

International Orders: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship* countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes.


TRL Hair Boutique is NOT able to ship to the following countries due to a high number of lost/ missing packages: India, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE,  Ukraine, and other countries.


Order Cancellations

After you have placed an order and it has shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order, and our original return policy will apply. Wholesale/ Bulk Packages are non-refundable, and non-returnable. All wholesale/ bulk packages are special orders, so you will not be able to cancel your order after it is placed, and our original return policy will apply.

Lost/ Stolen or Missing Packages
TRL Hair Boutique recommends that the buyer/ customer add a secured signature to their packages, to be sure that their package will be delivered directly to them; at their home/ apt./ office, and never left unattended.
TRL Hair Boutique is not liable for any orders that are stolen, unclaimed or sent to an incorrect shipping address (Address not submitted to us correctly)​, whether the customer has a signature delivery, or not. Any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping courier will be considered delivered.
Buyers/ Customers are liable for un-insured packages that are missing/ lost during transit to the destination. If your package is shipped using the First Class shipping method, it does not include insurance, unless you add it during checkout. When insurance is added we are able to file a claim on your behalf, for the cost of goods. The courier will open an investigation to determine the whereabouts of the package. If the package isn’t found they will grant the claim and issue a credit, this credit will be given to you

Returns and Exchanges

After Delivery, Please check your order for inconsistencies and report them within 24hrs of delivery!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not accept returns for:

  • Hair Tools
  • Hair Extensions or Frontals that have been removed from our original packaging


Opened and/ or Used Products
We treat all opened products as contaminated. Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we are not able to accept the return of opened/ used products, nor will we be able to issue any purchase credits.

Order Errors

If you ordered the incorrect item from us or your order is incorrect, you are able to return it to us un-opened/ un-used. Contact us to receive an authorization and return the item to us in perfect condition (packaged within the original tamper-proof seal) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Be sure to use a trackable return method. We are not liable for the loss of packages that are returned to us. We will not be liable for shipping cost, nor will we refund the cost of your return shipping, when the buyer ordered the incorrect item, and request a return for a product exchange.

*Unauthorized returns will be rejected, and you are completely liable/ responsible for your products. 
Conditions of All Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and initial shipping cost are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition (protective wrapping), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You must receive an authorization for your return. If you decide to ship an item to us that doesn’t meet the return requirement, we will not ship your unauthorized return back to you, nor will we issue a refund for the products.
